  • 1 chicken breast, pre-boiled;
  • 2 boiled potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 0.5 bunch of dill;

Let's start by preparing the dishes; for this pie you should use a one-piece pan. Coat its inner surface with oil and sprinkle with semolina. You can immediately turn on the oven at 200 °C.

The dough is prepared simply: pour kefir, raw eggs, vegetable oil into a deep bowl, add sugar and salt. Baking powder. Beat everything, then add flour and finely chopped herbs, mix everything. The mass will be thin.

  • 500 ml milk;
  • 5 glasses of flour;
  • 2 tablespoons sugar;
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt;

  • 500 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • spices to taste.

Sift four cups of flour, mix it with instant yeast, sugar and salt. Then add milk and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Knead it on the board, adding about another glass of flour. If the dough no longer sticks to the board and fingers, it is ready. Wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for three hours.

Advice! You can knead the dough the night before, put it in the refrigerator overnight, and make the pie in the morning.

  • 1 tablespoon sugar;
  • a third of a teaspoon of soda;
  • 0.5 glasses of milk;

Pancakes:

  • 0.5 cups flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda;
  • 0.5 glasses of milk;
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon table vinegar (6%).

Chicken mince:

  • 1 teaspoon flour;

First we will make three different fillings. Boil the chicken, divide the finished meat into small pieces. Fry the flour in butter, dilute with broth. Pour this sauce over the chicken and season the filling to taste.

For minced mushrooms, you need to finely chop the champignons, fry them and season with the same sauce as the chicken. If the mushrooms are dry, then they should first be soaked in milk, then boiled and cooked in the same way as champignons.

To make minced potatoes, you need to boil the potatoes. Cut the root vegetables into small cubes, season with melted butter and chopped herbs. Add spices to taste.

  • 1 onion;

  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped greens;

Boil chicken and potatoes separately. Cool.

Grind the flour with soft butter, then add the beaten egg and sour cream. Add salt, sugar, and favorite spices. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in film and put it in the cold for half an hour.

Cut the boiled meat into small cubes, mix it with potatoes cut into the same small cubes. Chop the onion, fry it in oil, pour it into the filling along with the oil. Mix everything and season.

Beat all the filling ingredients - eggs with milk, sour cream and spices to taste. Add chopped herbs to the filling.

Transfer the rolled out dough into a mold (22-24 in diameter) (don’t forget to grease the mold with butter first). We form a flat cake with high sides. Place the filling on the dough and pour over the filling. Cook at two hundred degrees for half an hour beforehand. Sprinkle the hot pie with grated cheese.

Butter pie without yeast

If you don't like working with yeast, then bake a cake from butter dough prepared without this ingredient.

  • 180 gr. butter;
  • 500 ml kefir;
  • 500 gr. flour;
  • 300 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 3-4 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • salt, bay leaf and other spices to taste.

Melt the butter and cool it slightly. Add kefir and salt to the butter, then stirring constantly, add flour.

Advice! Do not pour out the flour all at once, add it in parts, kneading the dough each time until completely homogeneous.

Knead until a non-sticky, but tender and soft mass is obtained. Form a ball out of the dough, cover with an inverted bowl and let rest for about thirty minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, pea-sized cubes. Wash the fillet and cut into small pieces. Mix potatoes with meat, add chopped onion. Salt and add spices to taste.

We separate about two-thirds of the dough, roll it into a round cake, it should not be too thin, the optimal thickness is 0.7-0.9 mm. Transfer the cake to a pre-oiled pan. The dough should cover both the bottom and sides.

Advice! You can add both raw and pre-fried onions to the filling. The taste of the finished baked goods will vary.

We spread the filling, which we cover with the second flatbread. Cut a hole in the top cake to allow steam to escape. Trim off excess dough and pinch the edges. If desired, you can cut out figures from the remaining dough and decorate the pie. We grease the top of our workpiece with egg.

We put it in the oven, cook at two hundred degrees for about one hour. Half an hour after the start of baking, you can remove the pie and pour about a third of a glass of boiling water or broth into the hole in the top lid.   • 500 gr. puff pastry (you can use either yeast or unleavened dough of your choice);
  • 500 gr. chicken meat;
  • 2-3 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons flour;
  • salt and spices to taste.

If you only have raw chicken on hand, then you need to fry it in a frying pan with oil or boil it. Let the meat cool and cut into small pieces. Grate the boiled potatoes or cut them into cubes. Chop the onion finely and scald it with boiling water. You can fry the onion in oil instead. Mix potatoes with onions, salt and add your favorite spices.

Let the dough defrost, then separate two-thirds of the volume from it. Roll out this piece and transfer it to a deep pan so that it covers the bottom and sides. We spread the potatoes with onions, distribute the pieces of chicken meat on top. Roll out the remaining dough and transfer it to the mold, placing it over the filling. We pinch the edges. We trim off the excess dough, roll it out and use it for decoration. Brush the surface with beaten egg and cook in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Yeast cake made from batter

Yeast pie can be prepared with liquid dough, it turns out very tender and fluffy.

  • 1 egg;
  • 1 glass of milk or whey, you can mix milk and whey in equal volumes;
  • 20 gr. fresh pressed yeast;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • approximately 2 cups flour;
  • 300 gr. pre-boiled or baked chicken (boneless and skinless);
  • 2-3 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 1 teaspoon mild mustard;
  • spices to taste;
  • 1 teaspoon butter for greasing the finished cake.

Heat the milk or whey, stir in sugar, yeast and salt, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, stir. Leave the mixture for fifteen to twenty minutes until a light foam forms on the surface.

Then pour the beaten egg, vegetable oil into the mass and begin to gradually add flour. We gradually introduce flour one or two spoons at a time, we need to get a homogeneous mass similar in thickness to dough for making pancakes. Cover the bowl with the prepared dough with film or a napkin and let it stand warm for forty to sixty minutes.

Cut the finished chicken meat into cubes, and cut the boiled potatoes into the same pieces. We cut the onion thinly, put it in a sieve and scald it with boiling water. Mix everything, add spices, add sour cream, mustard and other spices to taste.

It is convenient to cook in a disposable form, but you can also use regular baking utensils. Cover it with parchment. Transfer some of the dough with a spoon and level it out. Then distribute the finished filling, stepping back from the edges of the mold by about 0.5-0.7 cm. Next, spread the dough that is still left. Cover the dishes with a napkin for a quarter of an hour. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately thirty-five to forty minutes.

Upside-down pie with chicken and potatoes

It's easy to make a delicious upside-down chicken pie.

  • 1 kg of chicken meat without bones and skin;
  • 800 gr. potatoes;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • 1 cup flour;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda;
  • 4-5 tablespoons of oil;
  • salt and seasonings to taste.

Cut the chicken meat into small pieces, fry it in a frying pan in 3 tablespoons of oil. Salt and add your favorite seasonings. Fry until almost fully cooked. Slice the potatoes and onions thinly; you can use a special shredder. Sprinkle potatoes and onions with salt and spices and mix.

Mix eggs with soda, salt and kefir. Then add flour and knead until smooth. Take a large mold with high sides and coat it with oil. Place half of the potato slices on the bottom.   • 3 potatoes;
  • 300 gr. chicken meat without bones and skin;
  • 300 gr. mushrooms;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped greens;
  • 250 gr. flour;
  • 200 gr. sour cream;
  • 90 gr. butter;
  • 50 ml milk;
  • 200 gr. cheese;

Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes. Cut the chicken meat into pieces of similar size. Place the chicken and potatoes in a saucepan, add salted boiling water and cook until tender at a low simmer.

Mix soft butter with sifted flour, grind, you should get fine crumbs. Add a spoonful of sour cream and a beaten egg, knead the dough. Place it in a baking dish, spread it along the bottom with your hand and form sides about five centimeters high.
