Tourist visa to the Czech Republic for Russians. Schengen visa to the Czech Republic. Visa by invitation

It’s worth saying right away that the Czech Republic is considered an ideal holiday and work destination for everyone. As always, the main entry document is a Schengen visa. Therefore, these documents should be taken care of before your trip begins. There is nothing surprising in this. Otherwise, the visa preparation process may take quite a long time. By the way, it would not be superfluous to remind you that since 2015, in order to register visa documents, you must submit your fingerprints.

Hi all! Here I will tell you how I received independently visa to the Czech Republic in 2017 and many years in a row before that, and I’ll tell you a couple of secrets on how to prepare documents for the Czech visa center. Current information here: March 2017

Many people are interested in the nuances of issuing Schengen visas in 2017. Here we will talk about obtaining a Schengen visa to the Czech Republic. To begin with, the most important thing is the application form for a visa to the Czech Republic.

    Czech visa application form

The application form for a Czech visa can be downloaded(form actuality: March 2017). Printed on two A4 sheets on both sides. You can print it on A3, like a book, if you have such a printer. A visa to the Czech Republic is still issued for the period that you requested in the application form. But another 15 days are added to the departure date from the Czech Republic so that the travel dates can be moved. A couple of years ago, a trend began that the Czechs again began to issue one-time visas, or visas for only half a year. Who received a visa to Spain, Greece, etc. They know that they easily issue visas for a year, two, or even three. Try to ask for a longer period, but they will give it. You can also immediately download the permission to process personal data here.

Visa insurance You can buy directly on this site. You will only need to print it. Accepted by all consulates. .

Scheme for obtaining a visa to the Czech Republic

In general, the procedure for obtaining a visa to the Czech Republic in 2017 remained the same. 35 euros consular fee (70 euros in case of urgent visa) and 25 euros service fee. All this is paid after submitting the documents. In Moscow, the visa center is located on Sushchevsky Val 31 in the courtyard behind the barrier. There is nowhere to park your car there and they won’t let you inside in it. About the Moscow visa center, tourists from other cities will find the address of their center on the website.

It is not necessary to make an appointment in advance to apply for a visa, but this can be done on the website. There is no point in this, there are a lot of employees and you will have to wait in line for a couple of minutes. Prepare your documents, take a ticket from the security guard and wait for the number on the board. You can apply directly to the consulate, then you don’t need to pay a service fee, but you will have to sign up on the consulate’s website.

    Fingerprints and some changes

Not long ago it became necessary to take biometrics. All this takes 5 minutes and is done right here. There is also mobile biometrics in a suitcase, with which a guy will come to your home. Rented once every ten or five years, I don’t remember. If you have taken it before at any visa center/consulate, write this in the application form.

A photo is still required for the application form. If something happens, you can do it yourself in a visa center booth for two hundred rubles six pieces. You will also need permission to process personal data - download.

Now you don't need a printout from your bank account for several months. Simply printing out the card balance is enough.

“When submitting documents, workers at the Czech visa center still require such insanity things as: confirmation of hotel reservation on fax paper, confirmation of payment electronic ticket(sometimes), confirmation of payment for the hotel with a card statement, or (!) so that the faxed reservation from the hotel contains a note that “the hotel has been paid for” or that “payment will be made on the day of check-out.” — I saved this paragraph for history, so that I could later remember how the rules for obtaining a visa changed. All this about fax is no longer relevant :)

Departure date— add 360 days to the entry date and write what happens.

Can. The price for 6 photos will be 200 rubles.

    Yes, it is reusable.

I didn’t have a visa before, is it worth asking for a multiple visa or maybe they won’t give me any at all then?

You can ask. They won’t give you a multi, they will give you a regular one for your travel dates.

Do they give you a Schengen visa, with which you can travel around Europe, or only a Czech one?

They give Schengen, but national Czech visa also exists. I have not met anyone who wants to receive it.

No, they do it electronically on a special device. Your hands will remain clean.
