This happens to me too, and I decided to make mashed potatoes with cutlets from carrots with cheese and garlic. We also take 4 cloves of garlic and squeeze them through a press into our salad. Oh, I almost forgot, I mixed carrots and cheese.

We need to add mayonnaise to the salad, although sour cream is also suitable. Mayonnaise is higher in calories and my son and I like it better, but our mother is hooked on sour cream! Actually, it’s up to you to decide what dressing to choose for this salad; for me, mayonnaise is the best! The most important thing here is not to overdo it with the dressing for the carrot salad with cheese and garlic, and add about 120 ml of mayonnaise.

You need to add salt, but only to taste, as you can overdo it. My father likes everything too salty, but I add just a little. Add just enough salt for taste and your family. You can always add salt at any time, but you can’t subtract it.
Now we need to mix our salad, cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for one hour so that the salad can brew. You don’t have to put it in the refrigerator, but believe me, this will make the salad even tastier.
